PU tubing is short for polyurethane tubing, which can be divided into polyester and polyether tube(can be customized). Polyester has a high capacity for sliding abrasion resistance and polyether offers excellent impingement abrasion resistance. PU tubes have hardness of 95A,98A,90A and 64D with good bend resistance. It has higher flexibility than nylon and higher flexibility in low temperature. PU tubes are also environment friendly. Meanwhile, sprial tubing,PU braided tubing,two layers tubing and double row tubing are all available.

The calibrated PU tube is remarkable for its flexibility and lightweight. An active calibration process ensures an excellent dimensional accuracy. It has good general chemical resistance, especially for oils, hydrocarbons and some solvents. Its low friction factor is provided by the very smooth texture of the outer and inner surfaces. Varied colours help to identify the different networks easily. Packaging in a cardboard cassette facilitates storage.
PU pneumatic hose combines the best properties of both plastic and rubber. It offers abrasion and tear resistance, high tensile and elongation values, and low compression set. Polyurethane is naturally flexible and exhibits virtually unlimited flexural abilities.
